ThinkSquare tweet chat No.2: Recap the basics of web development

Another successful #ThinkSquare chat has come and gone! Per usual, our followers shared powerful insight. In yesterday’s tweet chat, we discussed the basics of web development including coding and HTML, images and alt tags, and page ranking.According to our followers, it is important to have a minimal understanding of coding and HTML, even if it’s just to fix minor problems that come up.

In regards to increasing page rank, our followers suggested to use SEO-friendly content—which is a great option. Daniel also offered his advice, which was to make sure that high-ranking sites are linking to your site. This is something that Daniel assured our followers takes hard work and time.
