The first #ThinkSquare tweet chat was a success. Our followers shared thoughtful insight and provocative questions. While discussing the fundamentals of effective branding the following questions were posed—what makes a brand unforgettable, the affects of social media on a brand and the overall consumer experience.
So, what makes a brand unforgettable? In short, our followers said one that elicits an emotional response, is easily remembered and has a positive association with the consumer are all important to an unforgettable brand. Sounds like a recipe for success.
Our expert, Michael Conlin (@michaelpconlin) weighed in on the subject matter. Conlin said, “How your brand message is received is as important as how it is delivered.”
